About 3-4 years ago when I retired, I took everything I had out of my 401K. I was thinking that once I received the money the tax was taken out. I was wrong. I was wrong to assume the IRS wouldn’t get my government check. They garnished me for more than a year and I finally contacted these lawyers for help. I am happy I did. I can finally relax in my retirement days.
