When Jacoby & Meyers reorganized in 1994, Danny opened his own law office where he has continued to specialize in bankruptcy and probate matters.
After helping thousands of individuals through their bankruptcy cases, Danny understands that the decision to file bankruptcy is a very difficult one to make, but, at the same time, he has also seen the smiles and relief on the faces of his clients who did make the decision to file a bankruptcy. Danny also understands that individuals facing a probate situation must deal with procedures and documents that are unfamiliar in language and meaning at a time when emotions may be overwhelming. But, with assistance, the probate process is manageable.
