Danny L. Moore spent his early years in Los Angeles, California and then in Southern Oregon. He is a 1968 graduate of Southern Oregon College with a Bachelor of Science Degree with a major in political science. Danny began law school after four years in the United States Air Force, graduating from Western State University, College of Law, in Fullerton, California, in 1977.
Danny was admitted to practice law by The State Bar of California in December 1977. Danny was a partner in the Law Firm of Jacoby & Meyers where he was responsible for all bankruptcy and probate cases filed by the Firm in Northern California. When Jacoby & Meyers reorganized in 1994, Danny opened his own law office where he has continued to specialize in bankruptcy and probate matters.
After helping thousands of individuals through their bankruptcy cases, Danny understands that the decision to file bankruptcy is a very difficult one to make, but, at the same time, he has also seen the smiles and relief on the faces of his clients who did make the decision to file a bankruptcy. Danny also understands that individuals facing a probate situation must deal with procedures and documents that are unfamiliar in language and meaning at a time when emotions may be overwhelming.
