The Law Offices of Steven P. Chang opened its doors in 2002 to serve consumers in the greater Los Angeles and Inland Empire areas. We are a consumer law firm representing individuals and businesses with debt related issues, including student loans, credit card debts, personal loans, mortgages, car loans, SBA loans, business line of credits and any and all secured and unsecured debts. The managing partner, Steven P. Chang, focuses his practice primarily on consumer law and has helped thousands of clients in debt related issues since 2002. He and his dedicated team of professionals, work together under his leadership to help thousands of families to discharge debts successfully, thusly beginning their lives anew. Steven P. Chang derived his passion from helping clients while volunteering with numerous non-profit organizations throughout Southern California, including the Public Legal Counsel and Law Day programs which offer free legal clinics to residences.
