I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT). My private practice psychotherapy office is located in the Rockridge neighborhood of Oakland, CA, one block north of the Rockridge BART station.
I believe that psychotherapy provides a unique opportunity to change your life in a lasting way. Being in therapy is more than just having someone listen to your problems. Therapists are trained professionals that can help you see how feelings, thoughts and behaviors are interconnected. Understanding these relationships can help to uncover new solutions that couldn't be seen before.
