Founded in 1964, in Marin County, California, the Hoey Company is a family-owned commercial real estate company providing quality, affordable office, warehouse and retail space for lease in a variety of sizes from the smallest incubator space to free-standing buildings of up to 25,000 square feet and larger. OFFICE: Our focus is on providing affordable office space in the range of 200-4000 square feet to small and medium sized businesses. WAREHOUSE: While we offer warehouse spaces up to 20,000 square feet and larger, we specialize in units in the 1000-5000 square foot range. All of our warehouse units feature rollup doors, virtually all have private bathrooms, and many include offices. RETAIL: We specialize in spaces under 1000 square feet for smaller sales, service and restaurant retail businesses.
