Highly Successful, Well-Trained Tutors Learning Plus Tutoring has successfully tutored thousands of children in the Bay Area. The founder, Sue Walker, is a certified teacher and highly trained professional. She began her private tutoring business in 1982 after a successful teaching career. She saw that the traditional classroom could not always take care of all of a childs needs, especially if they needed extra help. She found and developed the best and most workable programs for a students success.
