Our new location in San Pablo Towne Center is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM. We will also be open every Saturday from 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM.

Alliance's new San Pablo office is co-located with the Doctor's Medical Center Outpatient Center. The DMC Outpatient Center includes state-of-the-art equipment and treatment areas, and provides healthy lifestyle programs, cardiac rehabilitation, diabetes self-management education, and outpatient medical nutrition therapy. Alliance Physicians Recognized by National Committee for Quality Assurance

Six East Bay primary care physician members from Affinity Medical Group have been awarded Recognition by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (www.NCQA.org), in partnership with the American Diabetes Association.

These physicians include Richard Batts, MD, Grace Chou, MD, James Naughton, MD, Hana Oswari Burke, MD and Richard Sankary, MD. These physicians met standards demonstrating delivery of high-quality care to patients with diabetes.
