A trained field service team goes into foreclosed or abandoned properties, and performs a "trash
out". This means we haul away anything left behind from the interior & exterior (including garage).
A "trash out" can run from $500 - $1500 depending upon the size of the house and property.A standard trash out takes approximately a day to a day and a half to complete.
Fee includes: dump fee's, board up, change locks and labor

After tenants vacate property. If belongings are left behind, we can box them up and put items into a
storage facility. Or we can do a Trash Out and Clean Up - making minor repairs, touching up paint,
re-keying locks etc..... This service would run about $300-$800 depending on severity. When we are done
the property is in Rent able condition.
