Our service area covers the 580/680 corridors and Tracy. The cities we serve are Alamo, Danville, Dublin, Livermore, Pleasanton, San Ramon, Sunol, and Tracy.
Our Management services would include, rent collection, banking, maintenance and repairs, monthly and year to date financial reports, property inspections with written reports and much more. We can tailor our management services to meet the needs of our clients.
Our Leasing service includes tenant screening. The screening process would include, credit reports, prior landlord verification, employment and salary verification, and a personal background check for evictions and other problems. We go the extra mile to assure the best possible tenant placement.
