All programs are designed specifically for career development with an emphasis on current technology. Federal financial aid in the form of grants and student loans is available to qualified students. Community Business College Expands and Upgrades Language Learning Programs - Monday, December 21, 2009
Community Business College announced today that it has added the following languages to its offering of distance-learning approved language classes: Tagalog (Filipino), Latin, Turkish and Vietnamese. All four are now available in Levels 1, 2, and 3 of Rosetta Stone through Community Business Colleges online classroom. Users will be able to learn these new languages at their fingertips the same way they learned their first language with no translation and no tedious rote memorization required.

The school is also implementing the award-winning Rosetta Stone Version 3 language learning solutions with the addition of Levels 4 and 5 in French, Italian, German and Spanish (Spain). These new levels include extended and more complex interactions in conversations and grammar, expanded vocabulary, and additional opportunities for speaking that prepare learners for everyday interactions in their language of study. These levels will be available to both vocational and avocation who are: students looking to increase job opportunities available to them; ESL learners; or other people interested in building language skills.

Community Business College has added Rosetta Stone Classroom to its programs. The program gives students access to multiple languages including Spanish, French, Arabic and German. Job seekers can improve their employability prospects and gain valuable new skills.
The Rosetta Stone program allows students to access the module from any computer with Internet access and a server that allows students to pick up from where they left off on their previous lessons. Rosetta Stone is known for its commercials featuring Olympic swimmer Michael Phelps describing how the software taught him to learn to speak Chinese for the 2008 Olympics.

The Community Business College Summer graduation and commencement ceremony took place on Friday, September 19, 2008 in the park with friends and family members of our graduates
It was a beautiful morning and although many students will miss working with the same people in their class every day, graduation came with a recognition of moving into bigger and better things and the satisfaction of having completed an intensive course of study, especially for those who already have found new jobs.
Special awards and recognition were handed out along with a great BBQ that included ribs, chicken, hamburgers and hot dogs all in a festive atmosphere.

Help for the Unemployed Comes to California Central Valley
