Quality Guarantee Each item is the finest award available. All awards are double checked for accuracy and defects. We do not sell second quality merchandise.

Service Guarantee We guarantee to ship standard orders in five business days or less, or your order is free. Standard orders are those which do not require special order items or extensive overtime to fill the order. You will be notified if there is any foreseen delay.

Replacement Guarantee If a mistake is made we guarantee it will be replaced in time for your presentation, providing we are notified with time to ship, and the item is not special order. In the event of special orders, we will consult you for a replacement of similar quality if time is short. Any mistake made on our end (extremely rare), will be replaced at no expense and shipped by appropriate means to arrive on time. Incorrect information supplied by customer will be the customer’s responsibility to pay for replacement.

Shipping We ship via UPS and use all four levels of their service: Overnight (next business day), Second Day Air, Three Day Select and Ground. FedEx available by request. We currently serve numerous corporate accounts and over 100 schools in California! Despite our large service area, we remain a family owned business which allows customers to talk directly with the people making the awards: a touch not found in major corporations. We specialize in recognition awards to honor achievers at any budget. Many award companies offer numerous products, but few manufacture their own lines, and even fewer can customize school awards, and corporate awards as we can. Since you, the customer, come first, we always want to know your needs, then try to guide you through the design process. Having our own graphics department, we can use your logo in full color on award certificates, unique wall plaques customized with full color art, custom award medals, trophies, and special desk items like pen sets, desk clocks, and acrylic awards.
Of our extensive line of awards, the most popular by far are the creatively designed wall plaques, featuring unlimited colors. Being affordably priced, they are the most popular school awards honoring their athletes and scholars. Additonally popular are our full color custom award certificates to honor participants in an inexpensive way. Beside full color wall plaques and award certificates, many schools and organizations use our full color award medals for both championship teams and tournaments rather than patches or shirts.
