First and foremost, keep in mind that our fees are completely paid by our clients; there are no fees whatsoever charged to our candidates. To begin the process, e-mail us an updated resume in MS Word format to: careers@lsjsearch.com. We will then contact you to schedule an interview. If you haven't heard from us within two days, please call us to follow up. When you come in, plan to spend about one hour for your appointment. At the appointment, you will first be asked to fill out some required paperwork. You will then meet with a recruiter who will review your qualifications and discuss jobs that are a good fit for you. In most cases after your meeting, we will administer skills assessment testing. Keep in mind that many of our clients will request the results of the skills assessment tests. Once we have determined your skill level, we will begin to match you up with one or more of the many jobs we have available. We will then coordinate with you and our clients to set up interviews. Once a job offer has been made, we will then guide you through the entire salary negotiating process, and assist you in getting your dream job!!
