My name is Dr. Alex Smirnoff. I am a licensed East Bay area
psychiatrist who is able to provide you with professional services in a
private, pleasant, confidential setting. Your needs for medication
consultation and education, medication management, and diagnostic
assessment services are our highest priority. If you'd like to use
insurance you can get coverage for your visits if I am a
preferred-provider on your plan, or receive reimbursement after you
submit a request. You are invited to work together with me to explore
whether your situation can potentially benefit from appropriate
medications. I can also provide medication services for you if you are
already in concurrent treatment with another psychotherapist. My
office is conveniently located in south Walnut Creek with easy access
from I-680 and CA-24. The office building has covered and open
parking. Public transportation (see map) is available from Walnut
Creek BART. I anticipate that you will be pleased by my services.
