Psychological Resource Associates (PRA) is a multidisciplinary group of independent psychotherapists with a wide range of expertise and interests. We offer consultation for couple, family and child problems. Specific areas of interest include: life transitions, stress management, eating disorders, human trauma, men's and women's issues. Supervisor's Training: PRA has developed a managerial tool for supervisors to assist determination of Employee Assistance Program (EAP) referrals. This step-by-step training guide allows supervisors to better assist their staff in determining when a referral to the EAP program is most necessary and beneficial to preserving well-being and workplace productivity.
