At Robinson, Lyon & Fulton, we provide quality legal services to help clients pass assets from one generation to the next. Our practice focuses exclusively on estate planning and administration, probate, conservatorships, and succession planning for farmers and other businesses. We also assist clients in reducing estate taxes and in making charitable gifts.
Margaret Heiser Fulton, the principal attorney, is certified by the California State Bar as a specialist in estate planning, trust and probate law. She also holds a Master of Laws in Taxation degree. Margaret, and the entire staff at Robinson, Lyon & Fulton, have years of experience in estate planning and administration, and are committed to providing you excellent and prompt legal services.

Margaret Heiser Fulton has been named by Northern California Super Lawyers magazine as one of the top estate planning and probate attorneys in California for 2010.
