Hamre Equipment Co. of Chico, California was formed in 1989 and Incorporated in the same year. The companys main trust for business was to be in the marketing of Large Capacity Lift Trucks manufactured by Taylor Machine Works, Inc. of Louisville, Mississippi as well as the new logging equipment manufactured by Barko Hydraulics of Superior, Wisconsin. We maintain a full inventory of back-up parts for all machine models manufactured by Taylor and Barko.

In addition, we have recently signed a contract with Terex Corporation to be a franchised dealer to sell all Terex equipment: Front End Loaders, Excavators, Rock Trucks, Forklifts, Shovels, and many other types.

As of the end of 2005, Hamre Equipment Co. has grown much larger and much more successful than expected. We intend to open new facilities in at least two additional locations over the next year and possibly two more facilities the following year. In adding the new Terex Equipment to our rental fleet Hamre Equipment Co. will continue to be an extremely viable competitor in the heavy machinery business in this region.

Hamre Equipment Co. will remain very deeply entrenched in the supply of used machinery, supplying late model equipment for the corresponding new equipment we handle. We are constantly looking for used machines that fit our customer base and the needs of our overseas export customers. In recent years we have been very active exporting machines to Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, China, Russia, Central America, and Mexico. We intend to continue to increase our market share in all of these areas.
