Our dough is the foundation of every
pizza we make. We start off with the
highest quality ingredients available.
We make our dough fresh on site,
hand roll it and place it in our walk in
cooler for proofing.
When you order your pizza it is
removed from the proofing racks and
dusted with corn meal. It is then hand
tossed and topped with sauce and our
award winning cheese. We use 100%
freshly shredded Wisconsin mozzarella
cheese. This cheese just won the
world Blue Ribbon Award, and we are
proud to top our pizza with it. After
topping everything off with your
