2010-07-16 - Arzella Valentine has self-published her second book, "Return to Mt. Olive." In it are poems and short stories about her upbringing in rural Arkansas. 2010-06-21 - Vannie Brown, sister of Arzella Valentine, retired on May 31, 2010 after more than 50 years of employment at Woods Valentine Mortuary. She served in many capacities such as Receptionist, Family Counselor, Cosmetologist, Life Insurance Agent, and Pre-Need Counselor. She will be missed by her co-workers as well as the community. She plans to remain active in the community and volunteer locally.
