Designed first and foremost to be user-friendly - you don't have to be a computer wizard to use our system. It's straightforward, intuitive, and flexible. Whether it's changing EEG bandwidths, graphs, audio, or adding media, you can do it on-the-fly. You can do whatever you want, whenever you want - without stopping recording, restarting your session, or interrupting your creativity or your client's training.
Version 8.0 comes in three flavors: The Bio Integrator Basic, The Bio Integrator Phoenix Studio Edition & The Bio Integrator Ultra Studio Edition.
The Bio Integrator Basic runs on one monitor, although if you have two monitors connected you can choose which monitor you want to run it on.
The Bio Integrator Phoenix Studio Edition is a true dual monitor version and has two iterations of the Bio Integrator running simultaneously, one on each monitor. Each iteration is entirely independent of the other, so the clinician could be looking at a screen with multiple measures and the client could be looking at something simpler. Both screens can be reconfigured on-the-fly without any limitations. You can even swap them from one screen to the other in real-time.

The Bio Integrator Ultra Studio Edition is a true dual monitor system, with all the cool features that the Phoenix version has with support for three iterations of the Bio Integrator running simultaneously.
All three Bio Integrator editions feature the ability to measure up to 8 channels: 2 channels of EEG such as right- and left-brain activity while simultaneously measuring peripheral blood flow, respiration, heart rate, electrodermal activity, and skeletal muscle activity. All of these measures combine to produce an audio-visual envelope that surrounds the person in training with state-of-the art sound and beautiful visual displays. The Bio Integrator Basic, Phoenix Studio Edition and Ultra Edition all feature an 8-channel high-performance encoder and come with the following amplifiers: 2 EEGs, 2 EMGs, Temp, SCL, Heart Rate, and Respiration.
Multimedia and Biofeedback - Display what you want, when you want it
Version 8.0 of the Bio Integrator is different from other biofeedback systems - instead of taking over your computer as the dominant application, the Bio Integrator lets you use many other tools to enhance training. For example, you can run the Bio Integrator in full screen mode, windowed mode, resized, or minimized mode. This lets you integrate biofeedback into many other media streams, such as the internet, DVDs, or other media. You can resize the feedback screens and the media as you wish, and present them as you wish. Plus, you can bring up applications such as word processors to take notes as your client trains, or even search the internet or consult your User Guide - all without interrupting feedback or recording. The best part is, you don't need to decide what you will want to see ahead of time - you can design your displays on-the-fly, as inspiration strikes.

Beautiful Feedback Displays
The Bio Integrator offers nearly 500 pre-designed display screens, comprised of colorful graphs, mandalas, nature scenes, games, works of art, and puzzles providing you with a lush choice of feedback. With a pool of 170 graphs, which can be chosen at any time and represented in one, two or four displays per screen, there are literally thousands of combinations of screens available to you in real-time. You can also use educational media such as DVDs and picture-in-picture technology to enhance client training.

Mandalas, available in 150 brilliant screens with many patterns and variations, animate in real-time as the client activates or relaxes the associated physiology. You may choose any modality, from brain waves to body measures, to drive any of the mandala screens.

True Dual Monitor Support
The Phoenix and Ultra Studio Editions provide true dual monitor support, this means that each screen can function independently from each other. This independence allows for great flexibility when you want to have the clinician's screen show one thing and have the client screen show another. It also means that in the case of the Bio Integrator Phoenix, one iteration of the Bio Integrator can run on the clinicians screen in windowed mode, allowing for multi-tasking in session, while the client's runs in full screen mode for a fully immersive experience. Unlike other Bio applications that merely stretch one window across two screens, the Bio Integrator Phoenix and Ultra editions both run two or more screens simultaneously for maximum control.
Easy and Fast On-the-Fly Screen Designing/Protocol Generation
This extremely powerful feature allows you to set all of the wonderful options and screens of the Bio Integrator any way you like and save them as a "Set-up." All you have to do is choose what you want to save, provide a name (such as Alpha/Theta Training), and press the Save key. When you want to load a set-up you dont have to stop recording or do any pre-planning. Just go to the list, pick your setup, and load whatever you want, whenever you want.
Powerful, Graceful Integration of EEG and Body Measures
The Bio Integrator offers the smoothest integration of EEG and body measures available today. Many systems over-emphasize EEG at the expense of body measures, or vice versa. The Bio Integrator provides an exciting mixture of EEG, EMG, Temp, Heart Rate/Cardiovascular, SCL, and Respiration for feedback and research.
The EEG measures are powerful and very flexible, allowing the clinician to choose among amplitude, power, percent power, and synchrony. Dazzling real-time, smooth-animation spectral and 3D displays allow the observation of very subtle brain wave shifts. EEG as a measure is difficult to implement; BRI has spent a great deal of time and effort making sure that the Bio Integrator provides extraordinary data collection and feedback.

Extremely Rich Audio Feedback
Audio feedback can be assigned to all 80 physiological measures with any of 60 voices, from calliope to violin. You can change anything in the audio menu, on-the-fly, in real-time without limitations. You may have up to four individual measures playing separate voices. The Bio Integrator system supports studio quality sound.
Bio Integrator Tutorial Movies and Fabulous User Guide
One of the cool new features with Version 8.0 of the Bio Integrator is tutorial movies. These movies come with both the regular version of the Bio Integrator and the Bio Integrator Phoenix. The short, narrated videos provide a quick and easy way to understand specific features of the Bio Integrator. You will find links to them in the User Guide as well as on the Desktop.

Beautiful Color Printouts and Presentations
Fast and easy color printouts are standard with the Bio Integrator. Printing is as simple as copying and pasting. You can print full-page, two-per-page, or four-per-page data displays, in real-time, single sessions and for multiple sessions with longitudinal review. You can also easily paste your graphs into other applications like Word or Power Point.
Easy to See, Easy to Save, Easy to Protect
As LCD monitors get bigger and bigger, many programs don't rescale important parts of their screens such as fonts - and what clients cant see, they cant learn. Your Bio Integrator screens are resolution-independent - regardless of the resolution of your monitor, Bio Integrator graph descriptions, legends, scales, etc., are easy for you and your client to see. Since clients typically sit 5 or 6 feet away from their screens, it's important that they can see and understand what's going on. With the Bio Integrator, you know that your screens will be fully viewable.
The Bio Integrator makes it so easy to back up ALL your client-related data - just copy two files to a thumb drive, DVD, etc., and you're done!
Even with all your protection against viruses and malware, your computer can still become infested. But the Bio Integrator is specially designed to resist these pests. So, if your computer becomes infected and you need to reformat or replace your hard drive or computer, you can just copy the two Bio Integrator files and all your client files are available when you need them.
