The Mission of Citrus Heights Beauty College is to provide a clean, professional, and educational environment that is centered on theory and practical learning.
It is our mission for our graduates to successfully pass the California State Board of Cosmetology exam,
Instill a sense of professionalism in each student, and provide up to date training information, so our students may successfully obtain job opportunities in Cosmetology, Esthetician, Manicuring and related fields.

Citrus Heights Beauty College was established in 1969 It has been owned and directed by the same family for the past 41 years.
Through the years a lot has changed in our industry. The bubble has been replaced by the bob, flat irons have replaced the Marcel, extensions and vibrant hair colors are the norm but one thing has remained the same and that is here at CHBC we understand that each student that walks in our door is a unique individual with an artistic talent waiting to be unleashed. We understand that without you and without your ambition to learn the art of Cosmetology we cant do our job and our job is to guide teach and inspire. Here at CHBC we love our jobs and it is our intent to help you reach your goals and give you the best educational experience possible.
